“Surrender is an active participation with the universe”. Join Yogi & Trailblazer Supremo Kathy Scott, for a special pop-up yoga class inspired by the theme of “Surrender” at FRINGE LAB on Monday February 6th, 6.30pm – 7.30pm (€12). On top of being a longtime wonderful yoga teacher, and the initiator of “Census of the Heart”, Kathy just qualified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher! Some of the audio of this class will participate as a bed of enlightened sound in the universe of my upcoming radio documentary “Surrender on Grand Canal Street” (Newstalk 106 – 108 FM, soon), in which we contemplate De Valera’s 1916 surrender on my humble windowsill (pictured!), and, courtesy of Kathy Scott, the manifold more cosmic aspects of SURRENDER.
